1.HOW LONG DO YOUR DRESSES TAKE TO BE MADE?
Typically a dress can take anywhere from 1 – 2 months depending on the designer. We usually recommend that your dresses arrive a month or so before your wedding so your bridesmaids have plenty of time for alterations. Please contact us with questions on your favorite designer’s lead time.

2.DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
All of our dresses are made to order. That means the designer dyes the fabric, cuts the pattern, and creates the dress after we place each order. Therefore all sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges.Please feel free to review our complete Refund Policy.

3.HOW DO I DECIDE WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Each manufacturer has their own size chart, which reflects how they cut their dresses. Please view the Size Charts on our site. It is important that you follow the individual designer's chart to determine your size. Have your measurements taken by a qualified tailor to determine the closest size to be ordered. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment to get a perfect fit. If no formal tailor is available, check with your local dry cleaners. Many of them now have in store tailoring. Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided on our “Size Chart” page. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed. LeShine Bridal will not assume any responsibility for errors in customer measurements when ordering online. We are unable to assist in measurements or the selection of a size.

4.WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR ORDERS?
Most Bridal or special occasion gowns take 15-20 days for the designer to deliver the gowns to our location. Bridal gowns or special occasion with a rush order take 7-12 days. There are times that a manufacturer may have a gown in stock for quicker delivery. All Rush orders are an additional charge.Please feel free to review our complete Shipping Policy.

5.HOW LONG IS SHIPPING FROM YOUR LOCATION TO ME?
Orders shipping from our location normally take 3 - 6 business days for international delivery . This may vary according to the United States Post Office's schedule. Please Note: Delivery may run faster than these time frames and the shipping company will notify the customer via email with a tracking number.

6.HOW WILL BE NOTIFIED OF MY ORDER STATUS?
Upon submission of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours. If you have not received one by then ,please contact us to insure your contact information is correct.

7.WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
Orders are not processed if the payment is declined. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the Customer Service Department if their payment is declined. We will then verify the payment status and instruct our customer to resubmit the order.

8.ARE THESE USED DRESSES?
All gowns and products are new authentic merchandise obtained directly from the designer. We do not accept or offer resale items.

9.DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
LeShine Bridal does ship worldwide! Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. are sent via the United States Post Office Global Express Mail or Express (DHL, Fedex or UPS). Shipping charges are based on the country, weight of the package, and size of the package. Please note our shipping rates cover our cost to ship a large box to other countries. It does not cover any customs or duty charges imposed on the receiver of the package.
